We are a premier gated community that is southwest of Oklahoma City and is a highly engaged community that is at the heart of a vibrant and dynamic city that is rich in history. Located at the Southwest corner of SW 119th and Meridian, adjacent from South Lakes Park and Soccer Fields. The community boasts 3 gated entries that are monitored by cameras. We take pride in keeping our community safe and secured for all.
Williamson Farms is a community governed by Covenants and Restrictions. We have an active and proactive Homeowners’ Association that is ran by volunteer resident homeowners. As a community, we strive to stand out and are proud to call Williamson Farms home.
Our community has taken actions to stay modernize and have made significant efforts to provide our community members a high level of transparency and ample opportunities for members to engage. The Resident portal allows community homeowners the ability to share knowledge, ask questions, participate in discussions, and be an integral part of the community. We understand life is busy and we have invested in ways to keep our residents looped in on HOA meeting(s)/Agendas by hosting both in person and a virtual meeting. Our website and resident portal are an outlet for residents to share their ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; and much more.
